2012 GOP Nomination

Saw a Mitch Daniels interview last night. That guy would smoke Obama. Would vote for in a heart beat. Wish he was running.

Shine of newness of Perry is definitely rubbing off and fact of Romney's better general electability numbers starting to make a difference, imo.

Also, Perry is getting hurt by some of his sort of angry looks at people. There is an arrogance there that is very off-putting.

Rick Perry is a terrible debater and a bumbling idiot

This has definitely not been his best performance. Rick Santorum absolutely owned him on the issue of giving children of illegals in state tuition in Texas. And he sounds like a moron every time he attacks Romney about his book. Whoever told him that as the frontrunner he needed to attack Romney is an idiot. He makes Romney look more statesmanlike every time he engages him.

I love how Romney keeps saying he is this great businessman and not a politician. Yet, when he was a politician he was terrible at creating jobs and passed an awful healthcare reform bill. There's a reason he wasn't a lifetime politician, he's just not a good one. He wants to bash Obama's record of experience and leadership yet he is lacking and has proven nothing when given the opportunity in Massachusetts. We got to get Obama out of here, but dang I would hate to have to vote for Romney.

Go pull up Obamas linkedin page and check out his resume. It has gaps so big in it you could drive an aircraft carrier through it. If me or anyone else's resume looked liked his, the interviewer would ask "So what were you doing for those six years where your resume is blank"

And a side note: the most qualified and most proven man to lead this country has no electability and that is Newt Gingrich.

Not defending Obama's resume at all. It is abysmal at best. However, Romney touts that he has business experience and is not a career politician. However, his stint as a politician was defined as 47th in job creation and producing an Obama-esque healthcare bill.

QFT

Although it will be interesting to see what happens when he unveils his Contract with America next week.

Seriously? You are trying to downplay Romenys experience? He is by far the most qualified besides newt
