2012 GOP Nomination

Heard bits and pieces of the debate. Sure seems like Perry is just flatlining at this point. Romney continues to be boring. Newt is electrifying, but by the same token just a little to brazen for the position.

GOP needs a Romney-Gingrich hybrid of some sort.

how is Gingrich too brazen for the position? Leadership is about taking stands and following through, not pandering. If we want pandering fencesitters, let's got Colin Powell up there. If we want decisive and insightful leadership, let's get the guys with a plan, some brains and gumption.

It thoroughly pisses me off that WH advisers and polling data are now the norm in presidential decision making.

Wonder if Perry is going to step up attacks on Obama, saying that the left doesn't know its Revolutionary War or Constitutional history.

Could be quite fun if he does.
 
Waiting to see who panders and who goes hardcore when they ask the question about the Occupy protests.
