Georgia

How in the world do you have Florida going 4-2 when they play 8 SEC games?

I revised it, my bad. I can see there are some toss up games, but I don't think they'll lose 5 games. JMO!

We will not lose to Georgia this year. 11-1.

Maybe not. We'll see. It was sort of a toss up with that one. Our defense may give up some big plays this year and I think UGA and Bama are the two teams we can't afford to get down to early in the game. They have pretty stout defenses. It will be interesting to see how great our offense is though.

I 'm hearing Florida's offense will be extremely suspect this year. Don't see them in the running for the east and Muschamp's seat gets really hot.

Yes it will be. Against stout defenses. Thier defense will be good enough to beat any team on their schedule outside Tennessee and LSU. Their game against Georgia is a toss-up. But UGA's O-line issues will show against UF's front 7.

Florida, NC State and Missouri; Tennessee will lose at least one of these games. Probably two of them.

I think we take Florida and NC State. I'm betting Missouri won't be used to being banged around in the SEC, and we have them at home in November, a week after they visit Florida. I like our chances.

South Carolina, Alabama and Georgia will probably be losses. Florida, NC State and Missouri; Tennessee will lose at least one of these games. Probably two of them.

Here's each team's advantages over UT that you mentioned.

South Carolina - W
1. D-Line
2. Running Back

Alabama - L
1. Linebacker
2. Offensive Line
3. Running Back
4. Tight End
5. Secondary

Georgia - L
1. Linebacker
2. Secondary
3. Defensive Line
4. Running Back

Florida - W
1. Linebacker
2. Defensive Line
3. Tight End

NC State - W
1. Secondary

Missouri - W
Zero Advantages

-Georgia and Alabama are the two teams with distinct advantages over us that may be too tough to overcome. Although we could very well make up for it with a few big plays.

- South Carolina's strengths over us will be against our two most improved areas (Our D-line and WR's). And they have no other advantage over us.

-Florida has enough strengths over us to make this game a toss-up. But I think we ultimately wear their secondary down and their offense will not score enough points to beat us.

-NC State's only strength is against our main strength. Attacking their only strength and winning every other battle will wear them down.

-Missouri has no advantages over us.

Kentucky and Vanderbilt had no advantages over Tennessee last year. We list one of those and had to go into overtime to win the other.

Based off what... last year? I believe this to be a worst case scenario. That being said, im just ready for som damn football.

I'm having a hard time understanding your argument. So you're saying I should pick the teams to beat us that have no advantage over us?

Vandy had alot of SEC experience ... But there was no excuse for the UK loss. Dooley seems to have a better grip on this years team... more leaders etc. I dont see Herman Lathers letting anyone quit. I believe this is whats lost in your predictions. EXPERIENCE along with talent and better coaching will get this team 9 wins this season... JMO:good!:

No, of course not. And you know that I'm not saying that. My main argument is that this team isn't that much different than last years. Hunter should be back (hopefully all season), but I don't think he's worth 5 wins. No one has seen Patterson play in the SEC, so I am wary of his playmaking until I see him play.
