That is an absolutely ludicrous statement and I hardly ever offer my two cents. You have absolutely nothing to validate that this kid is going to be a bust. Everybody wants this kid due to his ball skills but you come to the conclusion that he'll probably be a bust. Absurd. Have you even seen the kid ball?

Easy answer...he's a Memphis fan who's tore up because his team isn't getting him.

Memphis fans shouldn't be torn up over not getting Nichols. I still say it's a long shot for Memphis. AN will probably put on some muscle wherever he goes. He'll be a top 10 big man. Devin Williams is probably just as important to Memphis (other than the perception of losing a local kid) as Nichols. Williams may fit into the scheme there better anyway. Both schools have great recruiting classes as it is right now regardless.

Looks like Pastner had an in home visit with Nichols last night. He is not giving up. He is foing to recruit him til the very end

Dreamed he was dunking over Poythress last night, so no doubt in my mind he'll be here.

A friend here in Memphis saw a couple of our assistants at Majestic Grill downtown sometime last week, I think. He figured they were visiting Austin. He didn't tell me he saw CCM, so I assume it was just an assistant visit. It seemed like it was before last Thursday. Our staff is recruiting like fools.

Yeah! What fools! Who wants 5 stars? CCM should take notes from Dooley. :crazy:

Dooley brought in Cam Clear so that he could play both sports and take UT to National Championships in 2 sports (not counting PaintBall).

He was a Memphis recruit right??

I'm gonna miss him.

He was the one who got UT the most press between kiffy and the ButtChugging ordeal.
