Kamui wants it. Toyota wants it. As a Mazda fanboy it will be sad to share the achievement, but it would make a great year for Japan.

Japanese driver winning the Indy 500.
Japanese car winning LeMans, potentially with a Japanese driver.

That qualification lap was amazing. Really excited for the race, but as a Toyota fanboy I want to see another win.

Don't really care for the prototype battle as I love the GTs. In Pro I'm hoping TK wins the class in the #68 and in AM I want to see the lone all American line up in the Scuderia Corsa #62 win again.

Also anyone else having trouble accessing the WEC's timing and scoring or am I doing something wrong?

LMP1 is in sad shape. I've heard that Porsche may not stick around. I still can't love the look of these new cars. The fronts look so silly.

Amazingly close racing in GTE Pro.

What about the GTE guys fighting in front of the Porsche. That was insane.

Man that was heartbreaking for Jordan Taylor and the Corvette Racing team Crying or Very sad

I was really hoping one of the LMP2s would have pulled the upset and score the overall win but congrats to Porsche. Also Ferraris had a 1-2-3 in GT-AM.

Today does suck but let's not say Jordan is snake bitten. He and his brother have won the first 5 races of the WSCC season and Jordan did win Le Mans a couple of years ago.

Toyota qualified 1-2, unless they have reliability problems its pretty much their race to lose. But at least the GTE classes are always exciting.

Velocity is showing the race instead of Fox this year, so hopefully their will be less commercials. Especially since the WEC stream is geoblocked.

I just want Alonso to do well and Juan Pablo in the P2 class. It is a damn shame Porsche ended its P1 program.
