Huge academic red flags with this one.

Really, hadn't heard that?

Switching schools a lot, or just not the brightest kid?

Huntington funnels muliple kids to D1 every year, so they should know what his transcript needs to look like, and what he needs to get done.

Huntington is at least his 3rd different high school. Maybe 4th. That's just one concern.

Not familiar with his situation. But anyone who switches high schools gets their transcript red flagged by the NCAA automatically.

Yea, but it doesn't automatically mean huge red flag, atleast to my knowledge. Most of the times these transcripts are reviewed and the kids are cleared in no time. In today's game it's becoming more and more common for this to happen. As long as you don't have academic issues, and everything is on the up and up, there usually is no issue.

Kid's a heck of a rebounder and pretty good low post defender due to his size.

Huntington Prep kid who played with Landry.

Apparently has informed people it'll be Marshall or Memphis, Rhode Island is trying to get involved. He apparently never got the weight or attitude issue handled. Marshall is a likely landing spot because "he will have a support system close by at HP". Reminds me alot of the kid that left UCLA last year, Josh Smith?

Or Renardo Sidney? No thanks. I could see Pastner taking a chance because they need inside help. But, that could be a big time problem if things don't go well.

If he has attitude issues, Marshall is the place to go. Herrion loves him some attitude issues.

Very unlikely it will be Marshall. S.Carolina is in the mix too.

Well, I hope it's Memphis. I'd heard things about Marshall being a good spot because it allows for a "support system". That's a pretty big red flag for me. It'd be great for the Tigers to land a top 100 recruit this late because we need a fourth post player. But because of this "support system" stuff, and because I'm not thrilled by the type of game Woodson has, I'll be ok if he goes elsewhere.

Just my 2 cents, and from an unbiased standpoint, I would stay away from Kane and Woodson if I'm Pastner. Assuming Pookie and Kuran are gonna qualify, he has more than enough talent and depth to compete at a high level next year. Next year is an important year for him I'd say, and the thought of having a guy who could be disruptive and cause chemistry issues would scare me a bit if I was josh.
