This is why I love recruiting....we are trying figure out what random posts by strangers mean on other message boards....why someone may/ may not have signed up for a VQ subscription.....now all we need is bruinvol here to argue both sides of an issue convincing we are and are not getting looney a 1,000 times between now and Thursday.

How much should we read into UCLA visiting him today? I realize it wouldn't be unusual for a school to try to make a "last push" for a player, but this kinda concerns me.

Another Crystal Ball prediction for Duke. I honestly think it truly is a split with Ut having the slight edge. Will continue to post what i can find.

Bossi just said on rivals that he doesn't think that Duke has had any contact with Looney since his visit. But he said he didn't know for sure because Looney has kept this thing as quiet as any he could ever remember. He also said he has just heard more about Tennessee but he still didn't know what would happen on Thursday.

Where'd you see this? This is what I found...

And I think that's the only contact they have had with him since he was on campus for an official visit.

Let me make this clear for fans of all schools. There is hardly anything out there on Kevon. I mean less than probably anybody else who has made or will be making a decision coming up. Over the course of the last couple of months and since summer, I've heard most about Tennessee. Could be something, it could be nothing.

No hard call for them or anything like that and not something being made with a ton of confidence or any real oomph to it. Job dictates I do my best to try and say something with what info is out there, though. Seeing what more I can find out.

Jerry Meyer is indicating that his Duke prediction is based both on a little intel and speculation, but suggests the battle with Tennessee is/was much closer than the Crystal Ball unanimous agreement suggests.

Lets hope he is operating on bad intel.
