What authority would the WIAA have over a kid announcing his college intentions? I find it EXTREMELY hard to believe this is the first time in Wisconsin history that a kid has made an announcement in a ceremony at his high school. And to beat all, he's not even making a big deal or production out of it.

I think it more so has to do with announcing during school and getting everyone out of class but I agree.

The latest is that Looney still hasn't informed any school of his decision from what I can gather.

As of 10:30 am Tennessee had not been informed they were out and were still hopeful.

As close as he's kept this recruitment he's trying to delay things getting out. I'm sure he's seen it plenty of times with friends and possibly didn't want that to happen to him.
