Not showing as committed on any of the services yet. We may have to slow down here.

No kidding. Where did OP get this info anyway? I don't see that he's committed anywhere yet.... VQ, 247, and Scout are all showing only his interests. :detective:

Well, it's all over his twitter page, and Charles Mosely and the Berrys are tweeting him back to congratulate him in joining the fam.

I guess we just wait for the "official" recruiting services to catch up now. :p

He tweeted it out before letting Tennessee coaches know. Everyone has to catch him now. Coaches, services, and I hope the rest of the SEC on kickoffs.

Go You Volunteers!

Best go read last few comments in Shelly's thread in the Recruiting forum. It ain't a done deal yet. Especially with room for only 2 DBs in the class, and several other prospects who may grade out better when all is said and done. It was pointed out that prospects tweeting it out before it was official has been done before.

I guess I don't understand that an offer is not an offer from the school or that a commitment is not a commitment from a prospect. I guess the language should be a 'contingent offer' until we find someone better, or "I am committed until I get a better offer". Maybe recruiting should be conducted in Pig Latin or something more precise that English.

If they thought enough about this guy to offer him then they should have accepted his commit. They get up upset if a player commits and then backs out of the commit so they should not offer and then back off of the offer. Double standard IMO.

coaches must have some serious guys in mind if we are passing on a 4-star recruit!!! He is pretty small in size, but he could be a burner and also grow more before he hits the field in college.

5'8" is the reason we should pass. He's probably really 5'6" since they all exaggerate their height. I'm done with scat backs and small guys. We need size at every position, including DB.
