I give you props for that consistency. I assume that you also agree, then, that Trump doing this to try to get his name on a check right before the election is not a good justification for it, either.

I'm honestly surprised that Trump didn't do a one and done. I didn't think he would try for a second term. Most second terms don't go well, but of course, most first terms haven't been met with an attempted coup by the loser.

I'm for a stimulus, but targeting small businesses and trying to get it to people who actually need it (not sure how to do that though). FK the corporations. They'll just buy stock with it or give bonuses to top execs.

The other thing none of you guys or the media ever want to discuss is the proven fact that Hillary Clinton started the whole Fake Russian collusion to try to get rid of a duly elected President. 3 years and over 12 million dollars later they have nothing. It is a proven fact that this was all made up and it lies!! Lives have been ruined. The national media refuses to even report this. Certain Democrats will stop at nothing for power. That should scare any normal American my friend.
The above reasons are why Trumps base will walk through fire for him.

to much of this small business focus - they got their loans for free and some of them scammed the system - FK them too

Plenty of small businesses got the handout. No business and no person should receive a check. I know if Beijing Biden wins he will have no problem trying to push through a much larger stimulus and you dems will all of a sudden change your tune on spending.

When Trump leaves office this January, it is possible he will be charged then.

Russia's richest woman Yelena Baturina has refused to discuss her alleged payment of $3.5 million to Joe Biden's son Hunter.

But her brother, Viktor Baturin, 63, has told DailyMail.com the money was 'a payment to enter the American market.'

Joe Biden was the vice president when Baturina wired the money in a series of payments to a bank account held by Hunter's investment firm Rosemont Seneca Thornton in 2014, according to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.

The following year, she opened up an office in the US to oversee her investments. In 2016, it was announced she launched a development project, investing $10 million in commercial buildings next to the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

The ultra-wealthy 57-year-old has long been dogged by corruption allegations, stemming from when her late husband, who was the mayor of Moscow, awarded her with lucrative government business contracts, helping her grow the business.

The suspicion the money was given to Hunter in order to influence Joe has been a battle cry of corruption for Republicans, as it would be considered illegal to try to influence a public official into creating policies that would favor Hunter's interests.

President Trump referenced the alleged payment during the first presidential debate, but Joe Biden flatly denied his 50-year-old son had received the Russian's money.

Baturina, whose estimated fortune is around $1.3 billion, told DailyMail.com she was 'not interested' in explaining an alleged consultancy fee. Hunter's lawyer denied he received $3.5 million from Baturina, claiming he wasn't a co-founder of the investment firm.

But now, in a bizarre twist, her brother Viktor claimed 'it was a payment to enter the American market' while also suggesting she may have been 'set up' into making a payment.
