The fact that you don’t understand that packing the very courts with extra judges so it will rubber stamp the Constitutionality of your policies is diametrically opposed to the very foundations of the Constitution. We aren’t talking about a probate court. Whether you agree with Trump, Obama, or whomever, they were simply filling vacancies on the Court, not creating them. Packing the Court will undo decades of established precedence and will legitimize “laws” that violate the Constitution. Again, your “understanding” is elementary and this endeavor goes well beyond being “unfair”

What would help would be to limit the courts to two options when deciding if a law is Constitutional and legal/valid. It passes or it doesn't; the court doesn't get to rewrite the law - it stands, or gets bounced back to the legislature (those people charged with ... writing laws)

The FBI used the report to get access to and interrogation by the FBI of Trump associates claiming the report was legitimate info to the FISA court - but surely you know all this, too. I'm hoping if Trump loses, that on his way out a bunch of indictments get rolling and he puts your gang in the position he had to deal with during his term. In his place, I would absolutely go out leaving scorched earth and the beds that Biden and Harris get to lay in flaming.

I disagree with that..... I’m not for tariffs but the president felt they were necessary to get better trade deals..... it is extremely rare and getting rarer that a president will do something that is not popular with anyone....they are not popular with democrats/republicans/ or independents..... he did it bc he thought it was best.... we need more of those kind of decisions
