What about voters like myself who have never been asked to take a survey and wouldn’t give out any information if I was . I know a lot of people that are like this .

No, it doesn’t. Polling error isn’t going save Trump unless he can close the race, and he can’t close the race because he’s alienated too many suburban women and elderly voters that he should be winning.

I’m not talking about saving anyone I’m talking about why the polls are terrible indicators up until the week or last couple of days before the election . There are a lot of people that don’t do polls and surveys .

I’m not talking about saving anyone I’m talking about why the polls are terrible indicators up until the week of last couple of days before the election . There are a lot of people that don’t do polls and surveys .

They are a snapshot of now, not the future, true.

Biggest recent polling error was 4 points to Romney in 2012, which caused Karl Rove to famously and embarrassingly question the data guys at Fox News.

Biden wins +/- 4 right now in either a landslide or a mere route. Is Trump following a sound strategy to close that gap? He is not.

One concerning thing about presidential polling this cycle is that many Trump voters are ashamed to admit they support him. They are more likely to lie when polled. I guess it's part of the cult.

Not at all ashamed. Although I did ignore a text message last night from someone working for Joe Biden and asking was I gonna vote for Joe and Kamala, it’s only because I didn’t want to give them the time of day. Same reason I hang up on all those Business Funding callers from India or Pakistan who show up on my phone with a fake number with a Houston area code. Don’t like to waste my time (except on VN).

It is just as likely there are hidden Biden voters also with how divided the country is. Take a state like Georgia for example. There is no reason for someone to hide support for Trump in Georgia but the polls show a toss up. I see very few Biden yard signs here but I see Trump signs everywhere.

The fact that their founder is touting a Trump lead, should tell you all you need to know about his level of objectivity here.
