Yes, but the path forward highlights why Pennsylvania and Florida are the most important states. Trump winning Pennsylvania likely means that Michigan and Wisconsin will be close, and winning one of those two while losing Arizona still sees Trump as the winner of the election (winning PA while losing AZ/MI/WI means that Trump's ceiling is more along the lines of a 269 tie contingent on sweeping ME 2 and NE 2).

If Trump loses Florida, there's no realistic chance of him winning the election without getting all three of PA/WI/MI which is not something I'd want as my ace in the hole.

Is anyone aware of the safeguards (if any) in place to prevent multiple ballots from a single voter? If I vote at the precinct, and send in a mail in ballot or 5, how are those illegal votes culled?

All I can say about that is that a few years after my son moved out, had his own house in another TN county, and had voted there, he got a new voter ID card here because our polling location moved. My analysis is that states don't have a clue about people being registered in multiple locations, so not much way they could determine whether someone voted in multiple locations - whether quick or dead. You can bet that if a state doesn't have a handle on the issue that a lot of damn yankees could be voting in FL or GA (for example) and back at home. A million might just be a statistic, so I guess no big worries.
