The red hat brigade is no different than the Taliban, Al-Qaeda, or any other terrorist organization. They hate what America actually stands for and will stop at nothing to destroy it.
Incredible. It was a happy group of people. I know this is anecdotal, but a younger guy near me in the crowd started asking people around him who they voted for in 2016. 2 Trump, 1 Johnson, 1 Hillary, 1 for some other Independent, and 2 no votes. All were voting Trump this time. How was the experience ?

Yes, and that’s with better state polling and several (many?) weighting by education. But still, there are a lot of close race and I have a feeling most of them will break the same way.The polls are much worse for Trump right now than they were in 2016. The CBS Battleground tracker was posted here earlier to help make a case for Trump having a chance, which I found odd... they basically have Biden leading every battleground state except Ohio - which is tied. They even have Biden winning Georgia.
I don't condone vandalism and property damage in Portland. I find it to be counterproductive and to hurtful to an otherwise valid cause. I can support the need for police reform without antisocial behaviors of some of its protestors. If you don't see anything wrong with what happened in Texas, then we likely won't see eye to eye because we lack a shared system of values.
