They're all carpetbaggers that pretend they're smarter and better than everyone else. A bunch go to med school not because of intelligence but because of daddy's money and donations. I'm terrified to see the types of doctors we've got coming out of some of these places. The VT med school here in Roanoke is churning out some real weirdos.

If it's an across the board sample, perhaps. If you look at the KY reporting map, the results are spotty - if urban areas (for example) get a quick tally up, then a 10% look doesn't mean much because the data are skewed by demographics.
