10% is more than enough survey size to get a pulse. It was an obvious mistake by Fox. I posted pics just minutes apart

If the 10% was correctly distributed across the entire population.

If it's an across the board sample, perhaps. If you look at the KY reporting map, the results are spotty - if urban areas (for example) get a quick tally up, then a 10% look doesn't mean much because the data are skewed by demographics.

Saw the same thing in TX in 2016...The rural late counts pushed Trump across if my memory has not failed me.
