Looking at the AP WI map, it appears all blue counties are in. The only counties still out appear to be red counties. Not sure how many outstanding votes that accounts for, but it's still very close there.

Looks like all that's left in GA is Fulton and DeKalb Counties, both blue counties. Not sure if that's enough to make up the 102,000 vote lead Trump has or not.
