Why don't we just have 2 presidents? The people that voted for Trump lives with his policies and the people that vote Biden lives with his.

I’ve been all about succession for a long time.

I expect the next election cycle to trend very much as it has since Clinton. If Biden wins, Republicans will get energized, especially if Biden is replaced due to cognitive decline and Kamala is installed, and show up in droves in two years to reclaim the House and expand a Senate lead. Likewise for the Dems if Trump holds on. We’ve seen it play out this way for the past 30 years that I’ve been paying attention to politics.

I am for court packing. I think more trials on ubi are needed. No way that should be rolled out on a national basis without more data on how it works in the real world. I think finland's trials had mixed results.
