Why would Biden lawyer up to fight an election that polls had him winning handily? It’s turned out much closer than anticipated but the point still stands. He has lawyers on standby to stop Trump from destroying democracy.

The election lawyers work both ways. They're there on standby for both parties for almost every election. local and nationwide.
