He will be a place holder. I hope the Dems see them losing House seats and not taking the senate gives him the ability to check the far wing of the party. If they are smart it will. Otherwise this all suggests a blood bath for them in two years. And another one in four. Biden isn’t winning bc they support the ultra liberal agenda. Otherwise they would have gained in the house and taken the senate. It’s Trump fatigue. Now hopefully the GOP realizes you can’t have your party run by a guy who is 100% ass al the time.

Here's my hope in a Biden administration...he's done with having to campaign so hopefully, if he has anything left upstairs, he will use it to better the country. If he starts pushing initiatives like universal health care...climate programs...or large student loan forgiveness...they would be DOA in the GOP senate and maybe even in the 222-213 more conservative house...so does he try to score successor points by saying "see we tried we couldn't get it done because of the GOP" or does he want to be known as a President that worked to rebuild unity and make his mark on history?

If I were Trump, that envelope in the desk - the one that gives the incoming president some words of wisdom from the outgoing president - that envelope would hold a subpoena issued by the AG. Trump in a lot of ways has been his own worst enemy, but having been hounded by false allegations and a hostile press even before he stepped foot in the WH did more to defeat what he might have accomplished than any personal defect.

My dad was told that Italy is an important producer of primers, and they are basically on shutdown. Also, that a number of domestic ammo producers are located in blue states, and factories are only allowed to run at around 25% capacity due to CV19 restrictions.

Now do lumber. Lol brother. Pre covid, a 2x4 stud at Lowes was $3.30 ...we bought an 18wheeler load last week...from a lumber distributor we buy entire apartment complex lumber packages, and paid $7.00 each. It is that bad. Lowes and HD dont even have treated lumber most of the time. Talking to our distributor, they OWE ( 1800 qty,,) 18 wheeler loads to LOWES this year. Per contract. Supposedly the lumber mills cannot run 2nd or 3rd shift, and the chemicals used to pressure treat lumber are extremely scarce also due to covid. The Dimwits have succeeded in stopping construction of apartment complexes, which is my job, if those lumber prices don't come back down...and soon. Even the recession of 08 didn't completely stop apartment complex builds, due to foreclosures. Covid will if lumber prices stay doubled +...owners are content to just wait a year to build when lumber will cost them $1.5MM to $2MM less on a job this size. For the 1st time in 10 years, almost 11, I am scared to lose my job and be unemployed.

Two things to consider

The reports show Estimated vote counted - that seems to indicate the total number of ballots is flexible

The reports don't show which counties are the ones with uncounted votes - at least what I'm looking at. Three metro Atlanta counties have Trump totals at 16%, 14%, and 26% of the county vote; so it really depends on where the uncounted votes are.

There is a third thing - 14% for an R or D presidential candidate looks about as credible as and 86 - 88% voter turnout in WI and MI.

14% for an R is credible when mostly D's voted by mail...
