2020 Presidential Race

I tried to figure out how to put my anger into words. I guess I see this movement into the South as stealing a way of life. Instead of looking out at a forest, or mountains, or over a quiet pleasant meadow, we're looking at buildings, more people, and pollution. Instead of listening to the wind in the trees, or a bird calling, or a stream; we're listening to traffic, other people's music, and construction. We're watching land with crops go to land with buildings. It just goes on, but at 74, I have a lot of memories of the good and fewer years of the "new south" to look forward to. It's a shame our children and their children will not have the memories we've had. Atlanta (Chicago south or whatever) isn't a better way of life.
They squatters or is some southerners selling them land?

Yes I am. Its back to the same ole BS political machine that Trump was put in office to destroy.
You had a man with zero self control. A man whose best cabinet people all talked crap about him once they left. I was done with Trump the minute everyone in his cabinet I respected bailed. His great Generals said he’s an idiot and a danger. Rex Tillerson, a highly accomplished business person, called him an idiot. He’s terrible.

At some point the dems glee will start to disappear when they realize they now have to defend the most corrupt and senile person ever elected. I can’t wait to watch it. Other than this being the end of COVID watching them defend this dementia idiot will be my favorite part of this
Dementia is no laughing matter.

A communist is better?

This. I dont understand the Senate and House. I dont get how they haven't gone blue or gotten bluer if Biden was the choice.

It does somewhat defy logic because republicans seem to have picked up some house seats and held their own in the senate. You'd think that if someone voted R for congress and didn't want Trump, the vote would have gone to one of the independents. A few posters here have said they did that rather than vote for Trump.

Thats the part that has me confused. People who endorsed Trump won but the country is this against him? I'm shocked its not a straight blue wave but im guessing that will be mid terms
