It’s the 21st century my friend. There is absolutely no reason to limit something just due to an archaic and outdated method. Do people prefer to vote in person? Absolutely. I personally do. Sprinkle in the pandemic, and this election needed to have an alternative. Trump knew it would hurt him, planted the seed of doubt pretty much immediately, and now here we are. Absolutely zero evidence has been presented to show widespread voter fraud yet we have people on here peddling horseshit twitter posts.

And to add to your last part, people have the option of not doing that and ordering online. That’s the point
