Where does it say they are being discarded? The voter is active on the website, the state received a ballot back, where would that be flagged?

Honestly it is a toss up. I lean towards Biden, but I am nowhere near sure.

I don’t really care because I think we are screwed no matter who wins. But it’s looking pretty clear that Biden will win this thing. Pointing to some illegitimate ballots and whining about access and filing lawsuits just won’t do it. One person won and one person lost. Just like last time.

I suspect that is what is happening elsewhere too and why there is a delay. With the amount of ballots in this bigger cities in battleground states it probably takes a while to verify all the ballots.

The general premise in law is to give deference unless there's proven abuse. Filing a lawsuit is worthless unless you can substantiate with evidence your position. The courts routinely throw out meritless litigation.

We are screwed no matter what but at least D POTUS and R senate is not the worst scenario.

Can't we just declare Jorgensen the winner and move on ? That move would give the whinny bitching Democrats the removal of Trump which they so desperately beg for, end Republicans having to shake their heads at Trumps twitter fascination and would spare the rest of the country the certain disaster and stupidity of a Biden administration. It's a win win in my book.
