2/3 of bothWhat exactly are the parameters? I’ve not read up on it in detail and I’m guessing you have spent more time on it.
I believe I did , when I say neither of them have credibility. I don’t get hung up on weather a majority is silent or not . I do have a hang up with the media and polls not being credible. That’s straight propaganda.
Man. You read that straight from an unverified twitter source. Kudos.^^^ especially since some precincts like in WI had more votes cast than registered voters...110% or so....
Then, there's the fact that the software used, Dominion, has been proven unreliable at best , criminal at worst ...and is marketed in DC by an aide to Pelosi...
Unlikely In the short term then.2/3 of both
Edit: The Constitution provides that an amendment may be proposed either by the Congress with a two-thirds majority vote in both the House of Representatives and the Senate or by a constitutional convention called for by two-thirds of the State legislatures.
If I was told that I could mail in my vote Nov 2nd and it would count if received on Nov 4th or 5th then I would be pissed if it didn’t count. You’d think you surely could trust your state SC on such things. Now maybe there’s some rule to come out what gives them such authority but I’m not aware of it. It’ll be an interesting battle regardless of the impact to the election result.Registered voters is where there’s going to be a problem.
