UBI needs the other social policies to be removed. It's not something to be placed on top of all the current entitlements. It would actually save money if it replaced those. It will never happen

Whatever went to the people isn't the issue. I've said many times it was outright theft by Mnuchin and payoffs for large corps and supporters.

There is no need for payouts like these anyways when all they do is increase govt dependence. Get people back to work should be the goal

Now do it eliminating the states that wouldn't be affected in the least by a libertarian vote. For example, libertarians are like the proverbial off gas in the wind in TN, but they might swing GA.

Also I think there is vote fraud everywhere, not just swing states, but those matter most.
