I will never post another poll here again. They were worse this time than four years ago. Polls don't work anymore. USA Today had a good article as to the many reasons why. It's not due to an overt bias, it's just impossible to equally sample both parties in several states... and all of those states also just happen to be battleground states right now.

It's not due to an overt bias, it's just impossible to equally sample both parties in several states... and all of those states also just happen to be battleground states right now.

When you only poll the East and West coast you get the polls we have seen. Have them stand at a walmart in the midwest asking people and your polls will fix themselves.

I am all for a flat tax plan. If we had a constitutional amendment of say 10% with no deductions and applied to ALL income, I would be absolutely fine with that.

But you lefties seem to think that increasing taxes on businesses will deter business somehow from moving to places where labor is cheaper or tax burden is less. Goes right to the core of the issue that you have no common sense and can't do math

For decades government and unions pumped our industry for everything they could get thinking the goose would never quit laying golden eggs. It maybe raised our standard of living with respect to the rest of the world, but it absolutely raised our cost of labor and overhead way beyond the rest of the world. When suddenly that same industry is forced to complete with the rest of the world, it's like you've built a mansion in a moderately respectable neighborhood and then find you can't sell it for what it's worth when you have to move on.

That is what I have been saying all along. They give a reflection with maybe somewhat accuracy for general issues, but no where near accurate to determine the margins we are in politically.

I can’t say for sure whether the man is racist or not as I don’t know him but pretty much everything the MSM uses as examples of Trump being racist are lies and twisting of facts while they ignore things Biden says that are way worse than anything Trump has said. That’s just dealing with words. You add onto that the fact that the Trump campaign is the one that asked to meet with Ice Cube now to discuss his ideas, that he gave long term funding to HBCs, that he signed the First Step Act for prison reform, and created opportunity zones which has led to investment of $25B-$30B towards development of low income neighborhoods and his actions tend to make me think he is not racist. I certainly don’t see how the MSM is able to make so many people think he is unless people are just taking the Dems and MSM at their word. I do believe there’s a lot of that going on and they’ve done a great job, sadly, of pushing their narratives and lies. Trump, unfortunately, hasn’t helped himself but I also understand why he hasn’t given the Dems or MSM an inch when they start spreading lies.
