2020 Presidential Race

It is done. This irrational attempt to change the election will do more harm than not to the GOP brand. Keep on, please.
LMFAO Biden is on track to win but this is far from over and in many GOP eyes if they just roll over and don’t exhaust every legal means available then that would hurt the brand worse.

Another POTUS election and even more division resulting from it.

A recount isn't going to make up a margin of much more than a thousand votes typically. Once again, in Florida in 2000, the most scrutinized recount in history, only changed the result by 1,200 votes. On election night, George W. Bush had a 1,760 vote lead over Gore... five weeks later, Bush won with a 537 vote lead. Feel free to get your hopes up. I really don't care.

I'm not; I don't think the courts have even had to sink to the level of using "standing" to brush this off. FL was about a mechanical error and figuring it out. This should be about the hasty implementation of a deeply flawed voting methodology ripe for fraud and without testing to work out the kinks. Big difference. If states had simply gone with the normal absentee ballot process that would have made a difference. If one software manufacturer hadn't pushed an update violating the rules of configuration management, there would be less doubt.

I think you’re misunderstanding which SC has overstepped their bounds. That would be the SC of PA when they unconstitutionally changed PA election laws. That’s the dangerous precedent in play that needs to be squashed. I agree that the ultimate result of this election isn’t going to be changed but what happened in PA is dangerous and needs to be corrected so it doesn’t happen again.
Meh... that all could happen, but if no one goes to jail or is punished, then we will have to deal with this again.

It hasn't been proven that voting by mail is "ripe for fraud". That is the rhetoric of sour grapes.

I didn't pull that up when I went to their site... It really doesn't make any sense that they would call Wisconsin for Biden, but not Pennsylvania. Wisconsin is much closer... and Biden's lead has been expanding in PA. Look, Biden is going to win. If you disagree? Then let's put some $ on it.
I didn’t say I thought Biden would lose. I said you are full of **** as usual with your assessment and you’ve agreed on that point. Thanks for playing.

I don’t know about that. There’s been a lot of “there’s no proof” posts. When in reality the amount of proof in various locations is actually very concerning. The recounts that are actually happening could force more recounts in the places that are resisting. This is too important to the future to allow it to continue

I think the other side would simply call those allegations anecdotal and MoveOn ... nothing to see here kind of response. If libs don't want to consider something, they simply argue it doesn't exist.

Fine, then investigate the allegations. If they aren't true then you are right, but you can't be right without investigating. Your side didn't have a problem with investigating Trump for almost four years on made up allegations.

For those of you with high hopes these suits are going to amount to anything just remember the head lawyer was confused about having a press conference at 4 star hotel or the parking lot of landscaper and dildo shop and star witness who happened to be a convicted sex offender.

Crack legal team ya got there.
I read the story on this and thought it was something from The Onion at first. Most ridiculous thing I've ever read. Only Rudy Giuliani would do this. They actually held a press conference outside of a landscaping office on the outskirts of Philly, because they confused it for a Four Seasons Hotel. Unreal. The black guy who gave anecdotal evidence that he witnessed fraud, exposed himself in a parking lot to two underage girls in 1998. He is a registered sex offender. You can't make this $hit up.

Yeah, these geniuses know what they're doing and are going to save Trump from defeat. Sure thing!

Trump should get Rudy G. on those allegations right this minute. He will get to the bottom of it for sure. Maybe even hold a press conference with a child molester in the parking lot of a titty bar next time?

It doesn’t add context.
Political party is irrelevant.
An accusation has been made. It’s a credible accusation. As such it should be investigated.

I can't figure out if the liberal argument is that they simply don't understand how a process should work - that there has to be a plan and rules - that there has to be some logical consideration involved, or if they are just obstinately dodging questions of wrongdoing because truth is inconvenient. It's like they aren't wired right when it comes to ethical decisions, or they are just overaged snotty toddlers with tantrums and demands.

Nice, informative and cutting edge analysis. For what it's worth I've said several times Rudy needs to be put out to pasture.

Are you saying Biden isn't your President-Elect?

Rudy Giuliani is Trump's personal attorney. The guy who Giuliani introduced to give "evidence" of voter fraud, was not only a convicted sex offender, but he also didn't even live in Pennsylvania. The guy's name is Daryl Brooks and people who know him identified him as someone who lives in Trenton, New Jersey.

Rudy Giuliani is obviously not performing any due diligence on the so-called witnesses who are claiming they observed voter fraud, and he isn't vetting any of their claims for plausibility either. Giuliani is just taking anyone willing to go on camera and allege that they saw voter fraud and trotting them out in a press conference as if they are presenting established facts. You can't pretend like this isn't significant when it involves Trump's lead attorney who has evidently been placed in charge of investigating these serious allegations. Rudy Giuliani is a joke... and so is Trump, for trusting him with this responsibility.

I do find it odd that BB is so in favor of ignoring fraud that he doesn’t care even when the Republicans do it.
Is it because he thinks the Democrats are just that much better at it?
I'm in favor of ignoring Rudy Giuliani... and so should everyone else. Somehow, Trump thinks he is helping uncover fraud. That press conference next to the adult book store with the sex offender who lied about where he lived is the dumbest thing ever. I bet you trust every word Rudy says though, right?
