Under what realistic scenario might judges issue orders that cause election officials to change or throw out thousands of ballots that were counted, in multiple states?

In 2000 it was at least plausible that a Florida re-canvassing might change the tally by 2,000 votes.

What’s nefarious? It doesn’t have to be this way. Peaceful transition of power is a cornerstone of the republic. The only flaw is it was just a gentleman’s agreement that 44 previous Presidents all abided by. Unfortunately 45 isn’t a gentleman.

Voters need to make the changes with their states.

The only thing that needs to change is the scope and power of the federal government. The federal government should be so limited in it's powers that whoever is president shouldn't matter to most people.

4 years removed there are still people that think he stole the last election using Russia. Conspiracies are outlandish if......

So yeah, that's really all it boils down to. Whats funny is this will happen again at some point. And if the roles are reversed the stances and conspiracies will follow.

Investigate it, if there is nothing there Biden will be the president. He should embrace that process as well. If hes good, he not only has nothing to worry about, but hes on record for full transparency and validation.

I pay attention to everything as it is happening..... I don’t need cnn’s slanted views on the subject.... if they were not trying to sway opinion then they would show the times he has been hard on russia and allow the public to make their own opinion..... one of the biggest issues that we have as a country is the name calling we do towards each other.... republicans call democrats communists/socialists while democrats call republicans racists, mysoginists, and homophobic.....None of those terms leads to discussion and understanding of the other sides beliefs or true position on a matter.... The politicians don’t care bc all they want is power and having the citizens arguing over such silly things is a way to ensure that we never hold them accountable

I wasn't calling anyone a Communist. What I said was Trump has been so soft on Russia that McCarthy in the 1950s would have called him a red or a communist sympathizer. Either you don't know history or you miss a lot when you read.

Exactly.
They reversed from 16' to 18', 18' to 20' and they will do it again in another election in the near future.
