Didn't say the feds should run it. I'm saying everyone should go by the same rules. Dates should be the same for in-person, mail-ins, and absentee ballots from state to state. States need to run it, but we need consistency. You wouldn't have this bickering over time extensions, etc. if the rules were the same.

Why should anyone accept the results of the election right now? It's not over until the electors vote and once that happens there is nothing that can change the results.

Not what I'm saying at all. I don't fault Trump for (to borrow a phrase from Luther) using every legal means available to fight the results up until the electors vote. Once that happens it's over and even he has to accept the results.

Oh really? The 50s are, as all past history is, relevant to today. The last time I checked there are still two Koreas. Alaska and Hawaii remain states into the union. We still use nuclear subs. And, I believe many of us still listen to rock n roll.
