I stand corrected on the federal election. However there is still no justification for states to have differences in the process. Why complicate the process? I get it , each can choose their process, blah,blah,blah. The process sould be the same. Mail in voting and absentee voting should be addressed like early voting and counted before election day. Now you're ahead of the game. On election day the in person voting should begin tabulation the same day and completed the next day. Barring an issue. Software, etc. This process would not favor one party over the other so spare me the red hat rhetoric. Everyone knows the deadline date. It's not like it was sprung on you Thursday you need to vote Friday.

it started coming out before the election and the allegations and dossier along with leaks from Intel were all out prior to the inauguration. It's one of the reasons that so many Dem's boycotted the inauguration.

There is no such thing as a federal election. You elect electors who represent your wishes in a vote for president. You elect house members who are supposed to represent you in federal matters. Sadly you directly elect senators to steal your money without accountability but YOU do not cast a vote for a federal office.

Let the states run their elections and if the citizens of a particular state don't like how things are done they change it by voting.
