The news keeps getting better on Klain - turns out he was a lobbyist for FannieMae through 2005. That seems to be the time where the Bush administration tried to increase regulatory scrutiny on them and FreddieMac but Dems accused them of being racist and fought against it. Que financial meltdown of 2007 with FannieMae being a key player.

The only way I'll accept Biden winning is this: throw out all in voting mail ballots, throw out provision ballots, throw out all ballots that came in after the third of Nov. Make sure all computer glitches are corrected, overturned, and investigated. Make sure that all military ballots are legit coming from over seas, and not from any other country. Make sure a recount is done in Wisc, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia. Make sure that all votes can be watched by decent people that are true and honest in these states while the recounting is done. After all of that, if Biden wins, I'll accept the outcome, how is that?

The danger in your assumption is that you are assuming that action will be taken when I've seen nothing out of two Trump AGs in his term.

Velo, who created the deadline in NC and did it follow NC law? In PA the issue is that the state SC didn’t have the authority to change the law. The tweet you posted isn’t loading so maybe the same issue exists in NC but I have not heard anyone say it does. That’s the problem, not that counts can happen after Election Day.
