If you think that any government bureaucracy actually works for Trump, I've got a couple of bridges you'd probably be interested in. Bureaucracies are all about one thing - self preservation. Republicans - especially the uninitiated ones - threaten that from time to time to their detriment. Dems seem to get the message - possibly by noting that NoVa where many of the bureaucrats live turned VA blue.

5 was actually pretty conservative. A lot of networks and websites had Dems picking up 12-15 seats.

Trump wins with Pennsylvania... but Trump isn't going to win Pennsylvania. With the count continuing to increase Biden's lead - Biden could win PA by 70,000 votes. It's not close enough for a recount. The Trump legal team is not even arguing that there was systemic fraud in PA.
