2020 Presidential Race

There are frequently discrepancies... and 99% of the time, it's just good old fashion human error at the heart of the problem. We've had a teller misapply a $500K HELOC dispersal following the refinance of a mortgage. It was a headache and took some time to clear up... She received a written reprimand for the rather gross and careless error, but she didn't go to prison.

The point is most of the incidents that the Trump team is pointing to as "fraud" are more accurately described as "human error" which didn't necessarily favor Biden. The Trump legal team wants to assign malice to anything irregular that they can find. Throw out those 10,000 votes received in Pennsylvania after November 3rd, if it makes you happy. That's fine. I doubt they were all for Biden. Trump still lost this election.

Like many have said, for the value of faith in the electoral process, let it play out for a bit. Otherwise, tens of millions will view Biden as illegitimate.

Do banks still require that tellers balance to the penny at closing time or is close just good enough, and should the person responsible for profits and losses just be mature enough to accept "close enough"?
When my wife worked in a bank 30+ years ago, they had to stay there until they balanced to the penny.

I'm looking at PA. I'm also going back through my script as I get time to make sure I don't have any logic problems. As mentioned earlier, this is basically trench coding with little stringent testing. But at the very least, it has highlighted examples to manually look at, which prove out. (See earlier example posted.)

I think I read a couple of days ago, that a MI election official claimed that Dominion software wasn't the official tabulating software. From looking at the json script, it looks a lot like states use that to report output so that people like the NYT can speculate in real time on the outcome. If that is in fact the case, I can see no reason for the states to buy and have Dominion or other software on their systems - just report the tabulated numbers as available, and let others buy the speculative software. That would go a long way to reducing misunderstandings about how votes are counted. If Dominion and other similar software with corrective algorithms are the tabulating process, that's just wrong.

I’m fine with letting it play out. Won’t change anything and tens of million Trumpers still won’t accept it regardless. They already refuse the evidence that debunks their conspiracies. That won’t change after the audit find nothing.
