Who makes the determination if those resources are necessary? If it's in the law, then Trump can't deny it. If it's not in the law, it must not have been deemed necessary. We have written law on transition of power.Refuse to allow Biden access to necessary resources in regards to National security.
Biden denied key US intel briefings as Trump delays transitionGot a link to that claim?
Law? Maybe not. Precedent? Absolutely. And before you claim precedent doesn’t mean anything here, it absolutely does. There is a degree of decorum expected by the CoC. No other president has had the issue. Even Obama welcomed Trump into the White House.Who makes the determination if those resources are necessary? If it's in the law, then Trump can't deny it. He is not turning over communications sent to Biden through the state department. He is not allowing Biden to attend the daily briefings.....2 biggies right there!!I was wrong about it not starting until after the EC votes, it starts 6 months prior to the election.
Now tell us how Trump is disrupting the transition?
They are just setting the groundwork to blame sleepy Joe's first 4 or 5 inevitable screw ups on Trump. That's all.
Honestly, it sounds like you have nothing concrete to base your argument on. When Trump was welcomed into the WH by Obama, did he get updates into the investigation they were running on him?Law? You’d be surprised how many would get behind “fiscal responsibility” if Rep would stop letting the evangelicals dictate their social policy and at least pretend to care about climate change. You’d probably see a hefty swing to the right.
Then the Dems would start courting the evangelicals and the parties would flip like they did around the 1940s.

That has absolutely nothing to do with anything. If anything, it shows that Obama was able to put aside the political ******** and move things along. Trump is sulking.Honestly, it sounds like you have nothing concrete to base your argument on. Mental illnessLOL “this is the most secure election ever bc of me but also they cheated in this super secure election”

In the words of Joe Biden, "C'mon, man". I don't even like Trump but can admit that the whole Russia investigation BS started under Obama's WH with a dossier at least partially funded by the Clinton campaign was highly questionable and in no way demonstrated putting aside political BS to move things along. I don't disagree that Trump is sulking, but you guys are making something out of nothing just because you have a mad hate-on for the guy. He's a douche. So what? You have nothing to show he's actually disrupting the transition, and if he does, then Biden would be criminally negligent not to take legal action to correct it.That has absolutely nothing to do with anything. If anything, it shows that Obama was able to put aside the political ******** and move things along. Trump is sulking.
