Do you think Nashville is a bubble where people don't come and go? Do you think people like you go home and refuse to have guests over to help spread transmission? One city's measures cant do anything alone. You need basically 100% of the country to act right. Again, look at Japan, New Zealand, Denmark.
What did we call them for believing there was massive fraud in 2016 from Russia and not accepting the results?I'm curious about something from our leftist posters...
What cute term are you going to come up with for those that believe there was massive fraud in this election and do not accept the results?
It is precisely because we aren't them that we would compare one against the other. That's the purpose of comparison. You can't compare the US against the US. And why would I ignore the success of other countries in measuring the failure of our own response? We are not Japan, NZ or Denmark. Stop trying to make the comparison.
That doesn't change the point, it is still a source of revenue that is not big enough to make a dent to influence a decision by him. $2.5M over 3 years is nothing to someone that rich. If all he cared about was money, he would have kept his old job, this one has costs him lots of it. Yeah, there are perks to the job, but he would still be much wealthier as a private citizen if money was the sole motivating factor as you seem to believe. The 2.5 M is just what the Fed paid to HIS hotels and golf resorts so HE could stay/golf there. They were often over charged at that.
This doesn’t even get into the money from “encouraging” other government agencies or foreign entities trying to curry favor by staying in Trump properties.
The man’s entire life has been the pursuit of money. He didn’t abandon that in the WH.
So, Roger Stone's latest conspiracy theory is that North Korea delivered bogus ballots by boat to a harbor in Maine. So, they must have sailed east on the Pacific ocean, sailed down around South America because they wouldn't want to get caught in the Panama canal then came all the way up the east coast of the US bypassing hundreds of East Coast ports to get to Maine.
No, personally I think they really cut a million logs down across Canada and log rolled that boat across Canada and then dropped her down into Maine floating on the smoke of whatever Roger is smoking
There is an easy solution. We have tried your alls way for 6 months or so and it's not working. Open everything up fully and let people decide what's best for them and their families. Sick and old people stay home, everyone else live normalI agree and that’s my point.
There’s no easy solution to this but when people are unwilling to even do the bare minimum it makes it much harder

If it was Democrate poll watchers and they was saying this about Republicans and everything was reversed and Biden's lawyers it would be on every news channel the hypocrisy stinks. They did this to Trump for his first 3 years and they couldn't get people sign affidavit's to testify in court.Since nobody chooses to act on poll watcher's accounts, you have to wonder why we bother to have poll watchers in the first place.
That’s great for the people that are able to stay home. What about service workers, healthcare professionals, and others who are unable to stay home? Maybe having some type of social safety net would better allow that but Republicans don’t believe in that eitherThere is an easy solution. If you actually believe this, then why do goobers like you constantly bring up “omg, he donated his presidential salary, what a guy!”... probably the first philanthropic thing Trump ever did in his life. That doesn't change the point, it is still a source of revenue that is not big enough to make a dent to influence a decision by him. $2.5M over 3 years is nothing to someone that rich.
