It isn’t clear to me there is a reasonable course of action to sue currently though. I mean you can there’s nothing preventing anybody from trying but they will claim 230(c) protection.Liability is decided by courts. Unless this “debate” is happening in front of a judge, the issue is already settled.
If there was a legit issue, somebody would sue.
It’s just playing to folks to like to cry about a perceived grievance, which is a big part of the current Republican base.
I had one of the very best cardiovascular surgeons in the country. I think glueing was relatively new at the time and this surgeon was in a teaching mode, for which I am ok. I know the margin for error was much less than traditional stitching or stapling. Everything else was perfect

I’d guess it isn’t going away quickly and if/when the house flips in mid terms Congress could go into punishment mode.
You think they’re just crying. That’s convenient to be dismissive. I’d guess it’s not that simple.
My last 2 caths have been through the wrist. There's been some amazing technological advances over the past 20 yearsMine was very good, and probably pretty traditional. The one you went to if you had open heart surgery. When I saw the cardiologist last month, he wanted me back in four months - being 2020 I didn't get the normal yearly echocardiogram. He's thinking this valve is leaking a little too much - it's 20 years old, and maybe time for a new one. This time TAVR where they go in through an artery like an arteriogram and position it. I had two stents almost three years ago done like that - they went through the artery in the wrist - overnight stay in the hospital and home the next day.
Speaking of hot foxes, would that SHO fill the bill for you. Are you bidding?
Was that one an automatic? I didn't notice.Nah, they went to automatics by then, and I like my Legacy GT better anyway. My wife's already not happy with me for buying my parent's old house, so might as well not press my luck. I drove over here today with a new dehumidifier - last time I got here it was 80% humidity in the house - walked in this afternoon and it was 38%. I guess it's like having an umbrella.
