Wow. Only 71% of the ballots cast in urban areas of Michigan ( cities, Biden dem votes) can be counted. As in recounted. Because the vast majorities of urban centers DID NOT balance...meaning the vote totals in their computers DID NOT match the actual number of ballots on hand. So they all went to " an alternate process" to certify their counts so they could report them.
