2020 Presidential Race

I'm still sticking with Biden will not be President. There is now already too much that came out for the true conservatives to accept it, and I think there is much more to be coming out. The Texas lawsuit with other states joining is only going to unite conservatives, and will get SC's attention. I think it will be the difference maker.

He’s going to be....for about a minute. Then crazy Nancy will have him removed and heels up Harris will be installed.

Why doesn’t GA make that case if they believe it to be so in their answer?

Probably because of the death threats and all. Trump has a dangerous grip on the GOP, and some will continue to act like there isn't a problem with that. Truth is, he will split the party in half and most everyone seems to be OK with it.

But hey, nothing I say seems to sway anyone hell bent on Trump being installed for a second term, and I doubt they care what GA's AG has to say, either.

Ok another sure...🙄

Thats reasonable, yet absent proven fraud, states are acting as if it has been proven and are planning to change the very rules that these lawmakers were elected under.

It all comes down to Trump's throwing fraud spaghetti against the walls. He and his lawyers created this distrust.

No, the data is suspicious. Its not just crazy uncle Rudy waving his arms around. That said, all these allegations need to be PROVEN. And to do that they need to be in court. I have heard from Trumps team. I want to hear from the board of elections, Dominion, etc why these allegations are NOT right and a believable explanation for these allegations of fraud and the enormous data anomalies. Not just dismissing things saying they didnt happen but in a court of law, under threat of perjury and in legal jeopardy.

I think if the public got that, many could accept a Biden presidency, even if they did not want it. Republicans hated the idea of Obama's winning but they all accepted it.

The Texas case, however, even if won, will not address the claims of fraud at all - though it will make it more difficult to do so in the future.

I hope you are right, but I don't think it can be allowed to happen. It's far worse when people impede an investigation than to let it play out. If things had been done openly and promptly, both sides would be more receptive of the findings. Now you have the current winning side entrenched in their position and ready to tear the place down over a "stolen" election should it be overturned, and the other side in complete skepticism that government can or will do anything right and ready to fight any sense of cooperation.

Sure, Powell and Rudy set up a hotline to try to prove fraud, and ran with whatever they received.

I've asked people to post their most convincing affidavits, and I've not seen much.

Strange thing is that these affidavits are touted, but conspicuously absent from court filings.
How do you prove it if you see a truck roll in with ballots at 3:30 a.m.? How do you prove you delivered ballots across state lines? How do you prove where the ballots under the table came from, and who they were for?

No you all did when you pushed for so many to be able to vote by mail

I don’t see them as credible. Plus you made a weak ass play to blame the death threats directly on Trump which made frankly made it easy to minimize.

Directly? It at least falls at his feet for getting people steaming mad, over largely made up BS.

You and your selective beliefs.

More like 'I ain't tryin' to hear that".

If you can't prove it, its just speculative BS. Anyone can say they think they saw anything.

Nah, you never offer conjecture in an argument.

Nooo, not ND40..
Sure I do. But what did conjecture do in that reply other than just offer a weak deflection

Didn’t this whole exchange start with me pointing out the MI state rep idiot was already rightfully slapped down for her stupid video and you made some weak play on sue was threatened? Really?!

I think you said she regrets it.

I guess she'd been better off saying if you come to burn a cross and hang nooses on my tree, you'll be dead.

Does that sound better?
