Nope.I think what he's saying is that the only elections that are fraudulent are the ones where people may have voted who he doesn't feel should have. Elections where people are prevented from voting through voter disenfranchisement, especially people he doesn't like, are not fraudulent.
Just remember that you're participating on a board that is representative of a highly engaged minority, attempting to interact with a significantly over represented subgroup that is also a highly engaged minority.

I am fully aware (not @ what mark is trying to say but the rest). I don’t think the board make up is what you describe but you’ve been here a long time so I defer.
