Nope, but I advocate increased access to voting, which is what happened. Sorry you guys lose when we have a high level of participation. Just shows what we've always known: The Republigoon party is a minority party that can only win when there's suppression of the vote. They don't represent what most Americans want.

Having voter laws to ensure there is no voter fraud is not suppression. There are even laws that give you paid time off to vote. If it's that important to you to go vote then there's no reason you can't make time to follow laws. I don't know why those with "law" in their names have such a big problem with laws.

Nobody has been able to prove laws were broken even though dozens of court cases have been brought, so dying on that hill built out of conspiracy is just sad at this point.

No standing vs disproven on merrit are very different things.

You need to read opinions on these cases not just opinion peace reporting on them. Of course as I previously stated, democrats on this board don't really care about the laws in this country so I doubt you'd believe a fact if it slapped you in the face.

Funny, the fact that what you’re claiming has been thrown out of court like 60 or 70 times doesn’t seem to phase you. That’s a fact smacking you right upside your head and you don’t seem phased one bit lol

OK, I'll try and explain it to you. The first Lin Wood case (not a Trump case at all). He alleged that his equal protection was violated. The judge ruled no standing because he stated that if what alleged is true, all voters would be wronged equally. No standing means no evidence is to be presented. You need to educate yourself about no standing in court vs disproven by merrit.

We already went through this. Lin Wood could have presented his case in state court but has continued to do so in federal court. The federal court has limited jurisdiction, as defined by the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. You can't complain on one hand about democrats not caring about the law and then turn around and get miffed about a judge staying inside the bounds of his jurisdiction. Lin Wood doesn't have a case anyway. If he wins then I'll go ahead and file my equal protection suit to throw out the TN results since my polling place had different hours than others in town.

My issue is over equal protection and a two tier application of it in this country. If you want to continue to argue about filing in state vs federal court, continue with someone who has issue with that.

You clearly have issue with it because you've been complaining about his case being dismissed from federal court on standing for pages now. And you didn't even understand what the equal protection issue was fully until a day or so ago. At first you said the issue was not having drop boxes in rural GA and then you changed it to some drop boxes being 24/7 and others not. Who f-ing cares? Do you really think someone has been unfairly discriminated against?

OK, now you're full of ****. I've known about equal protection and it's importance for years. Do you know how many cases have been argued due to equal protection? I'd say it's one of the more popular laws cited in cases theses days. You remember the case on gay marriage? What do you think it was argued that it violated? Don't go from arguing with intelligence to getting pissy because you can't make your point.
