I really like her a lot as a backup for Jordan and one who will take the reins and continue to upgrade us at that spotShe is a new name that we have offered early April and she is awesome as good as any of the other we are recruiting IMO>
All I know is, over the years there have been at least a hundred players I'd never heard of until they hurt Tennessee when we played them. What I'm anxious to see as Kellie's recruits begin to play is what she sees in recruits by what they do on the floor and their body language with their staff and teammates. What their names are and whether I've seen those names on every elite program's lists of targeted recruits is irrelevant to me.
As it stands now, we have only seen one player who was actually a Kellie Harper recruit, Jaden McCoy, and I very much like the toughness I saw in THAT player that I'd never heard of before. As evidenced by her MoState's Cinderella run to the SS with players none of us had ever heard of before, my guess is that she has a good eye for talent and toughness. We just haven't seen any of the players, except for Jordan, that she herself has given the nod as Lady Vol material. But we soon will.
To be fair anyone can go out there have the toughness. But the question becomes can they ball ? McCoy has toughness and that`s it. I would take my chances with Emily.
Anyone can go out there and have toughness but it’s who chooses to go out and do it. Just because McCoy may have toughness doesn’t diminish the fact of what Emily can contribute. You know I am a Tamari Key fan but you also know she didn’t exhibit the toughness to play in the center position all the time. When she did exhibit the toughness it elevated our squad. We saw how she had all those blocks against SC, she get chippy, and I liked it
I think McCoy will go out and set the solid screen and looks to make the right play. Emily will have to learn toughness by 1. Being thrown into the fire in games 2. Getting beat up in practice while dishing some out also showing the coaches she is ready.
I think the newest Green will provide a toughness as well. I hope it’s contagious! That young lady played hurt not even knowing it but still becoming the Big South player of the year.
Key is on the slim side needs and add a little muscle, But she held her own against some of the best and shot blocking help the team a lot. Well Green and McCoy will have there chance in a battle tested SEC.
Politely asking what you mean. Brooklyn Miles is ranked 46 by ESPN.this one isn't

Here are the two sites/information I have found to be the most informative:Those in the know about recruiting, from this date forward for 2021 recruits what are the rules on contacting the recruits. I could see it getting old for some recruits and families if multiple coaches are in constant contact with recruits.
Concerning Key, has she narrowed her list to 5 or so? Tough call for her.
