In a bar on the way back from the rest room, overheard some strange guy muttering this to himself at a lonely table back in the corner. Asked the barkeep who the guy was, and he said,

"Dunno for sure. He comes in here a lot late at night...calls himself Darf or something like that. We just call him Barf. Pretty good customer, if you don't mind the occasional racket and the mess he leaves."

He stopped wiping the counter, furrowed his weathered brow, and added ruefully,

"Oh, and he never tips."

Kellie is getting in on some guards and has cast a wide net for talent. It will be interesting how she balances having a lot of scholarships available with the 2021 class and the teams needs for 2022. You have kids out there like Karly Weathers or Ace Strickland fans would love to have and if we missed out on their heads might explode because their instate kids and very good ones at that! Then you have Cori Allen and her talents in the 2023 class who is another guard who as a freshman looks like she has a college ready frame already.

Pretty sure we are in Rivers top 12. There was a video that came out with only 5-6 schools listed, but it wasn’t made by her and she said she hadn’t narrowed her list afterwards.

At this point I think UNC and NCSU are likely leading for her. Her step sister played at NC State and she was on campus at least 5 times during their season. She’s got familiarity with the Key sisters though, and some rumors that her and Teonni want to play together.

I would love for that pair to headline our class. My dream class right now would be:

Rivers
Key
Striplin
Puckett/Wiggins or another scoring wing
Wynn/Miles or another athletic guard

Would give us a crowded roster, but with the transfer portal right now you take them and let it sort itself out.

That would be a great class. Just getting Rivers puts it at the top 20 of that class. Add in Key and it's top 10. Get five and it's top 5.

Go get em Coach Harper!!
