2021 SEC Tournament Game Threads (Excluding Tennessee Games)

True brother, but it has been 25 years since we’ve seen them in this tournament lol
Yep, but this old guy has seen them enough to know that there's something that happens to a UT team when they see crimson. Just brings out the worst in us more often than not. Maybe today is the exception? Sure as hell hope so. Got a loaded day at the office thankfully so I'll be distracted and not focused on the game. Hoping for good news at the end of the day.

Florida gets the bases loaded with no outs in the first inning and only scratches one-run across off a wild pitch. No way they regret that missed opportunity.

P.S. They will indeed regret that opportunity. Red Sox had bases loaded no outs against Charlie Morton in the 1st inning last night. Only got one run across by HBP. Got dominated the rest of the game. Squandered opportunities!

Florida may have only gotten 1 but they made Smith throw 20 pitches at least Barco only 9

Beating Alabama is no easy task, but assuming we can make it happen, I'm not sure who I'd prefer to face out of these two tomorrow.

I would guess Florida because they'd be pitching their No. 3 to our No. 1 but that Florida offense can be scary if it's clicking.

Florida has a slim chance, but a chance nonetheless, of dropping out as a regional host if they do not show well. I'd say this is more Florida trying to solidify their spot after a sweep at Arkansas than anything else, which is why they are throwing their No. 1 and No. 2 guys on back to back days.

Miss State is probably going to be a Super Host regardless of what happens in Hoover. So, makes sense they are pitching a reliever. Not much they can really gain.

It looks like Smith has been a reliever all year.
Yep finally found their stats...low era but 16 appearances one start...looks like MSU feels good about being a national seed without any wins in tourney
