Corbin is on these kids before PG even knows who they are.

I was also referring to the fact that Mizzou, I think, and us are the only SEC teams with no commitments for 2017. There is of course the issue of Serrano not getting an extension and the fact that he's beating the JUCO bushes to save his job while others like Vandy, UF and UGA are out scarfing up 2017-18 recruits. I've been worried about the 2017 class...I remember the precise moment...the one run loss to Arky in the SEC tournament, sitting in Hoover Alabama.

Lipinski had 1.88 ERA with 6-0 record, 3 saves at JC. Ramirez hit .368 in 60 games, 12 HR, 72 RBI, 54. He is from Dover, Okla.

Don’t know name of California HS pitcher, but he is expected to visit Knoxville this week. Vols also pursing SS from California.

New he was married...he's self made...generally when I Google a player PG is the first thing that shows...so I went to PG and searched, nothing comes up. Maybe I needed to try a more in depth search. This year's Dodge City team was the best in school history, he was a major factor, maybe it will play out well for us. Based on these tweets, seems like next years first baseman is already on the roster.

I wonder is Schultz will end up at 1st due to his back. That is something I have considered, or they could potentially play Rodgers there to keep his bat in the line-up if they don't want to leave him the outfield.

I'd like to see if Senzel could play 1B...we have a bunch of guys who could play second. He's probably played as much 1B this summer as he has 2nd and 3B.

That would work too. The outfield will be interesting, as well. The Harris kid coming in will likely push for playing time.

We have no shot at 2017 kids until Serrano either wins several more games this year and gets an extension or is fired and a replacement is named. It does stink seeing a big lefty arm close to UT, pick Kentucky.

We have got Alex-Harper Cook LHP, Maryville and Vincent Perry OF, Nashville committed for 2015...Cook has been clocked at 90 MPH, played for Diamond Simcox...Perry committed to play football back in February, but I don't recall his name being on the PG Commit List...anyhoo...

Andrew Schultz, RHP from Georgia is committed 2016...throwing 96

Nick Woods looks like the first Commit for 2017, RHP from Chattanooga, throwing 87...
