whats interesting is since she put out her top 8 in January she hasn't announced any offers or anything till today about her offer from TN coincidentally after the assistant coach of 1 of her finalist left to TN...

She also may reopen some recruitment because one of her top 8 is going to have a new coach (Baylor). Then if Joni moves from GA that is another change up lol

Joni isn’t leaving Georgia. Walz isn’t leaving Louisville.

Baylor is not going to get an established P5 coach to go there. Mid Major all the way.

Ta'Niya Latson (top guard in the 2022 class) announced her top 8 on January 13: Kentucky, Florida State, NC State, UGA, Texas, Miami, Baylor,& Virginia Tech....

today she announced she had received an offer from the Tennessee coaching staff which makes us believe she has reopened her recruitment BUT she hasnt posted any other offers till today which also happens to be 2 days after the assistant coach recruiting her at florida state left to coach the lady vols

I agree with this. Suspect they will go cheaper with a younger, mid-major coach. With the improvement of their men’s BB team and Football program they don’t need WBB to be their premier sport anymore. Molly Miller at Grand Canyon or Coach Mox at Mo State would both be a good bet.

If they go cheap in the hire expect a mass exodus when the new coach is announced.

You might not have felt Joyner and the number 39 player was TN talent, but there is no excuse for having not offered a top ten PG six months ago minimum. You need to get into those type recruitments and figure out how much you want them.
