If I am USA I go to a 4 guard set and turn it into a trackmeet
our bigs are scoring but not getting out to the arc on defense

Definitely. The USA guards are passing up Rickea J in the post with great position to force up low percentage shots. Give her the ball and she easily scores 20pts in this game.I’m sorry but #9 needs to give the ball up and let the offense come to her.

Jewel Spear shot isn’t falling yet but when she gets to Tennessee I really see her and the other transfers Destinee Wells & Avery Strickland setting Tennessee up to compete for the SEC title.
Spear didn’t start this game and has been on the floor playing starters minutes. That’s a great sign. She can impact a game even when her shots aren’t falling. It’s scary times in Tennessee. I can’t wait for the season to start.
