i think the core of the team will be able to compete with anybody tbh. analyst still seem to be high on us, i’ve seen us ranked in the top 15 in multiple early season polls. but yea, once they fill some holes we’ll be really good again.

There had been some talk about Stanford being a factor but I’m not sure that visit ever happened, still could obviously, but I would say Tennessee is right at the top.

This is just a random thought but I wonder if some of these 2023 and 2024 kids are starting to consider Barnes’ age and how much longer he will be here. Obviously he has made us the most stable that we have arguably ever been but just a thought.

Didn't seem to affect Duke or North Carolina recruiting when Roy and K were getting up there in years. I think all of these kids know that they should be prepared for any coach, no matter the age, to potentially not be at that university at some point during their career. Coaches move, coaches retire, and coaches are fired. It's the circle of life. I doubt it is much of a factor.
