His dad told our staff that the visits are emotionally exhausting for JP, and that every team is trying to show him a “family” environment, followed by heavy pressure from players and commits for him to commit immediately. They wanted to turn that off by giving a date after all of his elite games. Kansas is still coming to see his game on the 12th, but JP’s dad says they’re done with visits. I personally still like our chances given the time invested etc. I guess it’s wait and see until September.

I’m with you, as of today I would lean Tennessee.

Basically the gist was that nobody was really sure. That they weren’t very confident saying Iowa leads. The feeling from them was that it’s between Tennessee and Iowa with Tennessee a slight edge. Not all of their mods felt that way but the majority of them them felt that way.

Na. Go the other way. Make sure he sees you sporting Iowa gear and then be a total dick during the game. It’ll make more of an impression

If we get Estrella, Demary, and Dilione I’ll be content. Would also like an impact transfer in the Spring. A highly ranked reclass recruit would be nice as well.
