Yeah, I was kinda surprised to hear weeks when Shaw logged a 90 confidence and the Rivals guys put in their predictions all in one day. Just kind of seemed like a more imminent decision was forthcoming, but who knows what the details may be.

Could be a case that he’s made his decision but maybe waits for a public announcement on a certain date that could be a few weeks out…either way I feel like he’s a Vol.

Why Cosby over Demary? I haven’t watched much of either, but it seems like Demary has been getting a lot more buzz and seems to be a more polished prospect at this time unless I am wrong.

Demary & Dilione are pretty similar players, similar sized and style to boot, not sure they thought there was a strong chance they’d get both. Cosby is more 2/3 and could play alongside either of those guys probably, think they see Dilione > Demary and then also landing Dilione increases chances of landing Cosby.

Wow, really? So he plans to commit in a matter of weeks and even our staff can’t believe it? Not sure whether I find that impressive or concerning. Regardless, the stuff (predictions) on Dilione, today, has some merit, I guess? If a commitment is still weeks away, I’m guessing that he still plans on being a 2023 kid, then, and not reclassifying.

23, yes. He told staff he’d commit in a matter of weeks after WF visit, which I believe was end of July.

Shaw said Estrella is an Iowa/Syracuse battle.

Shaw also said Dillone could possibly reclassify. But, he hasn't been told anything definitive. Looks like 2023.

I haven’t heard anything in the last month that would indicate either of these things are true.

Dilione yes, I don’t think Demary or Cosby will be that highly rated.

Assuming Estrella, Dilione & Cosby get the bumps the my are expected to, that 4 man class would be Top 7-10 most years. That’s without any spring additions adding to it.

Staff feels like we lead for Demary and Estrella, and Dillione has indicated he will commit in next few weeks. Estrella is still “talking to his family” between now and 9-2, but I continue to feel good with no new visits coming. No info on Cosby or others.
