The investment came after he left the White House and was in the private sector. You had effective control of the legislative and executive branches of government for two years after Kushner left. Be mad at your own party if you feel like they let him skate on something.

George Stephanopoulos was threatened with being taken off air if he didn't clarify his position on Joe Biden's ability to serve another four years.

The ABC host gave his blunt assessment of the president's performance in a brief interview when he was ambushed on Tuesday.

'Earlier today I responded to a question from a passerby. I shouldn't have,' he said.

ABC News issued their own statement, saying, 'George expressed his own point of view and not the position of ABC News.'

News division president Debra O'Connell called a panicked meeting with advisers and executives on Tuesday night, including public relations consultants.

'This was a fully fledged crisis and it exploded with far-reaching reverberations,' an insider claimed to Radar Online.

She then hauled Stephanopoulos into a private meeting where she gave him an ultimatum: apologize or be yanked off air.

This is certainly an interesting time for anyone affiliated with the Democratic party to bring up "facts."

I'm all for somebody taking down both piles of **** that have resided on Capitol Hill for a long, long time. Call that whatever you want.

This will either be the nail in the coffin that leads to more and more prominent democrats openly calling for Biden to drop out or it will be the excuse for the media to pivot to “the debate was truly just a bad night” narrative. We’ll see how it goes.

Can you show me a credible source that says that? I'm not saying you are wrong but nothing I search says that. Logically it wouldn't make sense to me.

I think it’s merely a technicality, and inconsequential at this point. I’ll look and see if I can find where I saw it. (Of course what I saw could have been wrong, it’s why I phrased it as a question)

She asked him about Trump’s VP pick.

He said in recent weeks Trump has been leaning towards picking an “heir apparent” to take over for him after his (presumed) 2nd term.

I was thinking - oh hell, this goes directly against the “dictator” narrative.

She ended the interview as soon as he was done saying that. 🤷‍♀️

I was a felony probation/parole office for several years. If New York is similar to Georgia, he could be sentenced under a First Offender/Conditional Discharge type statute that would allow him to successfully complete his sentence therefor withholding a conviction.

Edit: Basically no adjudication depending on the performance of his sentence.
